Take so long for them to ship order

I contacted customer service to get a digital download from a previous order (a few years back) and it was a seamless and easy transaction!

The process was quick and easy. The hardest part was picking one photo. It only took about 2 weeks to receive the finished product and they look amazing. I almost cried! They look so much like my fur babies. I will definitely recommend to others.

I’ve had two portraits done and absolutely love them. They brighten my day. I will definitely buy from again.

The overall buying experience was good. And shipping and delivery was as expected. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I wish they allowed you to review the portrait prior to final delivery. I chose the black background and I would have made a different choice based on how the portrait turned out. I’m a little disappointed with the end result. For the price point I feel like this could easily have been avoided.
