I am extremely happy with the art and customer service West and Willow provided. The artwork captured my pups perfectly. The most impressive part of the experience was the customer service. We had to make slight modifications to the artwork and the response and support I got was amazing. Ramy went above and beyond and truly showed care and patience to ensure what we received was perfect. I will be a repeat customer!

I picked a dark background that ended up hiding features on one of my cats. Their customer service worked with me on getting that fixed. Now I have a new background where all three cats are detailed and beautiful! Couldn’t be more happy with the result and the helpfulness of the staff. The artwork was fantastic! All three looked exactly like my cats and had such great detail.

I had 3 revisions and finally settled on one that was the least disappointing not to say I chose the one I liked best because none of them looked like my dog. On the website I saw all of these adorable pictures of peoples pets and I was so excited to have one of my pup. Super disappointed 😔

I had a small chip in my mug and the customer service was SO great in getting me a replacement. Love their products but the customer service is definitely what will make me come back!

Way to expensive. Especially when I could have ordered for less from another vendor. I find the vendors who wish to sell their product are very lax at assisting customers ordering their products. If you want to sell your product, then your instructions should be less technical and more practical. As a customer, I should not feel lost ordering your product.
