I just received our portrait and I’m in love!! Great job… this is going to be a great gift for my husband!

I reached out to customer service because my shipping was taking longer than expected and the tracking showed there were some problems. Edith from customer service helped solve and coordinate in a timely manner where he helped solved the issue promptly. I appreciate all the help and seeing the digital version of my fur babies definitely made me in tears. Two of the three are at the Rainbow Bridge so seeing all my three babies in one photo is like a miracle! Thank you for all the hard work. Truly appreciate it!

My experience from start to finish was awful. There was an error when ordering and I could not get a refund. They only offered to recreate it. I have waited since December for the replacement that has not shown up. I will never order again or recommend to anyone.

Got a little emotional when we saw all our babies altogether. 💕 Night night passed away a couple years ago and we’ve been missing her everyday. So glad we did this so we can look at them everyday !! 💕
