I knew I wanted to get some extras made for our wedding with our dog on them since he couldn’t be there but procrastinated. Placed the order normally then saw the date I’d receive the digital download and panicked! I emailed support and asked to add skip the line which they happily and quickly did. Pretty sure the design team worked extra fast on top of the skip the line because I had the digital download in no time! It came out so cute and can’t wait to see the print and the products I got made with it!

There is not a company around that could surpass West & Willow in customer service. I planned on gifting my friend with a painting of her precious German Shepherd, Coady. When I first received the complete painting, I was not completely happy. I contacted the company and was put in touch with a fantastic lady named Adrian. Adrian is the absolute best representative of the company that any company could wish for. She kept in constant touch with me, always gave me updates, etc. She went so over and above what anyone could ever expect or hope for. By the time I received my order which was fantastic, I felt like I had made a new best friend--Adrian! If you'd ever like to have a painting of your precious fur baby, West & Willow is the place to go. If you're real lucky, you'll even get Adrian to make it as close to perfect a shopping experience as you could ever hope for.

The portrait was adorable, and the customer service was beyond exceptional!! I am already planning my next portrait.

The initial pet portrait I received was great, but not quite the spitting image of both pets. This was partially my fault, due to the images I provided for reference. Both customer service and the design team could not have been more helpful in the editing process to get the pet portrait to where the pets looked exactly right. We exchanged many emails, and throughout the process, everyone was very communicative and attentive, down to the last detail I asked for modifications to. The end result was a perfect portrait which was being given as a gift. The recipients were blown away with the quality and accuracy of the framed art. Highly recommend working with West + Willow for your pet portraits! The entire team will work until they get it right and meet your standards.

I saw my daughters doggie portrait and loved it so ordered one for my daughter-in-law. Easy process to order. Hope it turns out well!🤞

They were always courteous and I was appreciative that they were willing to fix my concern. I am very excited to receive the portrait!

I’ve been waiting now 9 weeks for my order. Cancel it. I no longer want it
