I’d like to know how long the order takes before paying. Once we got the order it was beautiful! It came faster than we thought it would, and it was a great gift for my mom! The customer service was also very helpful.

Excellent customer service. Super responsive and willing to go the extra mile. Was super impressed the first time I ordered with my first dog. I ordered recently with two dogs and the finished result made my two dogs look so sad. One barely looks like him. I wish they would have asked for a different picture or reached out for a proof. Both dogs are at different angles and one just looks very generic-not like my dog at all. Very disappointed with the end product.
