Easy ordering process

Great experience with ordering, very easy. Order came very quickly. Love it so much I just ordered more!

My son's cat is frail and ill and won't be alive much longer. He's had the cat since it was a kitten and the cat has gone everywhere with him. I wanted something for my son to remember when the cat does pass away. The picture is wonderful and captures the cat's (Twist) personality. Ordering was easy and the product arrived in a timely manner.

West and willow went above and beyond to address my concerns which I really appreciate. Thank you guys so very much for making this process so smooth and honoring my fur baby, Max who had recently passed on to heaven.

When the first draft didn't come out as I hoped, the customer service team went above and beyond to make it right. Purchase with confidence! Thank you, West and Willow!

So far, so good. I wish you could get a preview... only reason I didn't do a 5-star.
