West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

The image on the picture was way too small and the frame size not as advertised. I have cancelled and requested a refund but since chasing 3 times have heard nothing. Very dissatisfied indeed. Order number is 423259…W&W kindly contact me!!!!! As requested in W& reply you can see I have sent my order number. Unsurprisingly they have yet to contact me or comment as to refund status. I guess this company is happy to send a defective product then keep your money - very poor.

W&W truly aims to please. Any question to them is a good question and will be resolved. You may need a little patience, but hang in, the team at W&W is phenomenal!

Was gifted our portrait after losing our furbaby last week, it’s absolutely perfect.

The product is amazing! Customer Service is super responsive. Delivery time was very quick!

We received two of these portraits as gifts and they were so beautiful we ordered one for our other pup who passed several years ago. Can’t wait to add his portrait to the set!

I love how great my photos turn out they are just amazing!

My dog died and I am having this made for my family. You guys have been SO kind to accommodate and offer condolences, which means the WORLD to me. I love this business and will be back to buy more!!

So far so good but I haven't heard from anyone or had any shipping update since ordering. Hoping everything is good.
