I needed a reprint of photos I had ordered of our family dogs. One of them has passed. My son wanted a duplicate so I contacted customer service. Bianka was quick to answer, had my invoice ready and shipment was fast and efficient. I loved my prints and now my son loves his set. Bianka thank you for making the whole process simple and smooth

The picture of my Frenchie is very cute! However, I ordered another print that says, You me and the dogs. But received one that said You me and the dog. So, I have to return it for the right one. The one thing I noticed also, is that the pictures are very light weight. I was expecting something more substantial. (For the high cost). If the would fall off the wall, I think it would probably fall apart. Im planning on getting portraits done of my 2 other dogs.

Siena was absolutely wonderful!!! My picture was beautiful but the size contrast between the two dogs was a little off. She had it fixed but then the color of one dog was off, so she had that fixed, no problem. It’s perfect! Your customer service is top notch 👍👍
