This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased a pet portrait through West & Willow and both time I’ve been extremely satisfied. The portraits and done in a timely manner and turn out so amazing. Would 100% purchase again!

Mostly simple website, easy to do what you need. If there was a place to mark that an item was a gift so it did not send a receipt, I missed it. Hopefully will be a good product. We'll see.

My second purchase - this one was for my mom! I cannot recommend this enough!!!

Ordering was a breeze. The picture came out perfect. Shipping and handling was quick. I wish they would be able to add my dogs collar as that is a signature quality of his.

Wrong spelling of pet name after I specifically asked for it to be changed. Also picture of pet was not good.

Your website is confusing. The edit buttons for information don’t work. I could never change my password. It always reverted. Couldn’t edit anything on desktop application. Mobile app a little better but still couldn’t edit email address
