This is truly one of the best gifts I have ever bought. I love it, my fiancé loves it and we think our dog loves it! I cannot recommend this enough. The portrait looks exactly like the image of our Goldie that I uploaded! It almost makes me want to get another dog so I can order another one :)

The ordering process is so easy! It's just five clicks, tops. This is the second time I've ordered from them, and they do underpromise and overdeliver on the delivery time. The one thing I would add would be, if possible, to get a mock up of what the portrait may look like.

Got my new bird and my baby kiwi that passed away painted and it's the most perfect thing ever. I usually don't write reviews but the work put into this is phenomenal.

The website said it was guaranteed to come by Mother’s Day and it is two days before Mother’s Day and it hasn’t even shipped yet (and I also payed extra to have my order processed faster!). I’m so disappointed in this false advertisement. I would not order from them again and do not recommend using this site.

When checking out it showed me a picture I uploaded of the animal with the background included in the actual photo frame that I was purchasing. Made me suspicious I was not buying an art portrait of the animal instead of uploading and picture and you making a frame for it. I tried to buy multiple ones to make sure it did it with every item and it did.
