I just received my REORDER and its wrong again! I'm still waiting to hear back on the resolution for this issue, but I'm becoming really unsatisfied with this service and considering a refund.

I purchased this as a gift for myself for my birthday and I haven’t received it yet however I did receive the digital file which I love already as it captures my pets personalities so on point!!!

Love the print I received of our 2 pups…I was emailed an offer to “purchase the digital artwork” but 4 days after purchase, plus an email to customer service, and I still have no confirmation or way to access the digital file.

Did not purchase in frame. Sadly print was very wrinkled when opened to point will never be able to smooth out completely. Picture was fine but would prefer to be able to view prior to shipment as coloring was off a bit. Disappointed as thought would be a great gift, but don’t think it was at all worth the cost.

I was not impresssd at all. The frame was not good quality and there was separtation between each of the corners. The dogs were the same size in the picture, but they were very different in size.
