Portrait came out very cute, and customer service was extremely helpful! I accidentally broke the first mug I got and was able to reorder it based on the previous order number easily.

honestly some of the absolute best customer service i’ve ever experienced. they also did an amazing job with the custom portrait of my mom’s dogs. my mom loves it so much, she’s already hung her portrait up above the mantle & has made it her lock screen 😂💛

You guys nailed my dogs portrait! It looks just like her and I’m so glad I ordered it as she is currently suffering from kidney problems and I don’t know how much longer I’ll have her. I’m glad I’ll always have this photo hanging on my wall of her. Thank you.

I ordered 3 portraits and one was not quite right. They quickly responded to my concern, redid the portrait and sent me a proof to approve. All of this was done graciously and quickly. I am thrilled with my other two that captured my fur babies perfectly and this third one will be just as amazing. Thank you again!

This is my second time ordering a custom pet portrait. My first order was for my little Jasper.. the picture I chose, the artists transferred perfectly to the portrait. Every little hair, his crooked little teeth with his underbite.. so I knew as my best friend lost her guy, West and Willow would be the best company to give my best friend a forever portrait of Bodhi.
