West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Very helpful with updating my orser

The picture was perfect. It depicted our dog to a tee! Excellent service and fast shipping. I would highly recommend!

Didn’t get my digital copy with my order like it stated. I paid extra.

The image was perfect and just like the photo submitted. It even arrived a lot faster than expected.

3 to 4 weeks is too long. Shipping time wasn’t mentioned during the ordering process. Now I see why

There needs to be a preview / email ect of our product that we are purchasing especially if we are sending it as a gift. I found so many other custom sites after the fact that indeed offer a preview and many have updates along the way.

I absolutely love ordering from West & Willow. Not only do they do an amazing job making the portrait look just like the reference photo. We just ordered a portrait for a good friend of ours who just lost his little best friend and his reaction was the best feeling in the world and already has it hanging up in a special place. We ordered another portrait for another good friend because she spoils her baby rotten along with her granddog. Her reaction was so priceless because they even added a little bow that she always has in. Beyond satisfied and will continue to order. We absolutely love the quality, the shipping is stress free, but the best part is the pure love and joy it gives the recipient. Thank you guys so so much!!

Easy to use am looking forward to getting the product.
