Proceed with Caution
I placed an order with West and Willow almost a month ago and still have not received my order. After emailing to inquire about the delay, I was told that it was in the "fulfillment" stage and that I would receive an email when it shipped. Still nothing. In response to West and Willow’s reply, this has NOT been sorted out. I placed my order on November 8th, and today, December 8th marks one month without receiving my order.
