Iphone cover order got lost. I had to keep contacting to find out where it was. Still haven't gotten email confirming new order has been made or shipped. Poor communication. Would not recommend to others

I have nothing but great service from this company. The last portrait I purchase for a gift and my sister in law just loved it. The picture was exactly like her fur baby. It didn’t take long to receive it which was great got in time for a birthday.

My best friend loved her print in the end and I appreciated the quick response for an issue I had with a detail on the photo. I do think that having an option to wait for a proof to be approved could be helpful to the process so that a possible issue can be caught before it’s printed and shipped. Other than that I am very happy with my experience and will recommend to others.
