I received a West & WIllow portrait at Christmas. I was so impressed I ordered 3 more for my firends. When those didnt turn out exactly as I liked , West & Willow received my feedback and fixed the portraits to my satisfaction. They were very responsive and I appreciated it very much. THey also kept me updated throughout so I was never wondering about next steps. I would deal with they again .

I loved the idea and was beyond excited for the mug to come in. When received, it was just "okay" and broke within the first 10 minutes - never even had the chance to use it - poor quality. Not worth it - was very upset.
