The first picture they sent me did not turn out like I expected at all. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they got back to me right away AND offered to print up another picture of our dog if I could submit another photo. They sent me the sample to see if we liked it and are now sending out a replacement. WONDERFUL customer service!! A rarity nowadays. Great company. Thank you!!!!

I received the art today. As I emailed (and was assured) order# 441582 I wanted the size difference noted in the 3 breeds. Jeremy emailed to say the order had been updated 2023-06-17. This was not the case. Would like to return the item.

I cannot this stress enough - DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered two portraits on Black Friday and when I received them in the mail I was horrified at the posters I was sent. They looked nothing like my pets. And they looked nothing like the style of portraits on their website. I contacted Customer Service and began working with Customer Service Rep #1 to take advantage of their "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" policy that, it turns out, is also a false claim. I sent notes about what would be needed for the portraits to look like my pets and waited WEEKS for digital proofs. When I finally received them they were WORSE than the initial artwork. They refuse to refund you, only to keep providing digital proofs until you are finally worn down enough after the MONTHS-long process of trying to get artwork you won't be horrified to look at. Truly, the second digital proof I received of my dog was absolutely awful and horrifying to look at. (Picture sunken, bruised eyes and an emaciated look instead of a gorgeous yellow lab/Samoyed mix.) Again, they won't refund, so I submitted a new reference photo. And on and on and on. It took FOUR MONTHS to receive artwork in the mail that I was just satisfied with and now when I look at it I think of the awful process of working with this company and the truly awful artwork I received beforehand. Additionally, in the correspondence for my order, I had three different reps randomly take over, causing things to get lost in communication. Then one of them replied on my email chain of about 30 emails about another customer's order. Having ordered a pet portrait from West & Willow years ago, back when they allowed you to leave notes to the "artists" about your pet/the image, etc, that I actually liked, I was completely shocked and horrified by this experience. It went on for months and caused me a lot of anxiety. Definitely don't order this as a gift because it's unlikely you'll receive it in time and it probably won't look anything like the recipient's pet. I also read a review of a woman who ordered a portrait as a memorial for her pet who then had to go through a similar ordeal as I did and I cannot imagine the additional pain that caused. Please, for your sake, heed this warning: Stay Away from West&Willow.

Whoever rolled up the picture made a bunch of creases in the paper. For how much I paid, I feel like it shouldn’t have any flaws. My boy cat looks spot on, but the image of my girl cat doesn’t look like her.
