West and Willow pet portraits are absolutely amazing and beautiful. They produced an exact portrait from a photo I uploaded of my fur baby. I couldn’t be any happier. I will go through West and Willow for future pet portraits.

They are always very responsive with emails and questions and do a beautiful job!

Initially when I received my product (a photo with 3 of my dogs), the art style between them seemed too different (two dogs looked very stylistically brushed while the other looked too realistic in comparison). However, the team was amazing in getting my feedback and making a replacement that was perfect, with continuous updates and support and I’m super grateful!

This is my third order from West & Willow. The first one I got was a picture of my boys together and it is one of my greatest treasures. Love this company. They never disappoint.❤️

My order experience went very well.

The portrait came out beautifully. The artist really captured my dog's expression. This is a company that really stands behind its work because initially the rendering did not look capture my dog (but I really didn't follow the guidelines of what they told me to send as a photo. It is all there on the website: explained simply what type of photograph you should send) I sent a photograph that didn't fit the guidelines, but when I mentioned to the company that I wasn't happy with how the work came out, they were kind enough to help me to redo the portrait with a better photograph. Andrian at West and Willow Customer Care couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. I would HIGHLY recommend these portraits, and West and Willow 100%. They are beautiful and fun. Two of my friends have had their dogs done and they are VERY pleased with the results.
