i order two print early July and i haven’t received anything and we’re now in August, i’m very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone.

3 replacement portraits that were provided remains unsatisfactory due to its persistent blurriness and subpar quality. The lines appear pixelated, lacking the desired sharpness. In stark contrast, the initial portrait we acquired for our first dog exhibited superior print quality, particularly in capturing the features of our dog. The digital rendition of our second portrait supplied to us suffers from pixelation issues and falls short in terms of resolution. Our first portrait we received of our other dog, which exemplifies crisper lines, superior quality, and absence of blurriness.
