I ordered 3 pet portraits. Two came out awesome right off the bat, one was a little dark and lifeless. When West & Willow followed up with me to make sure I was happy, I mentioned the darkness of the 3rd portrait. They redid it, and made sure it had the light/life that was missing. I am thrilled with all 3 portraits now, and I love the customer service.

Good but not great. The portrait looks pretty good but they did not get my huskies eye color right. She had a blue eye and one brownish eye and they just made both eye colors brown which just makes me feel there isn’t too much attention to detail. Even though it’s a small detail, we lost our baby girl unexpectedly and we really wanted to portrait to look like her and it’s close but it’s not her.

Original renditions of pics were not correct. They did work with me to get that right. However, the prints arrived and they are all wrinkled. So what’s the point? Not sure where all the great reviews come from. Very disappointed I’m out $120+. Great concept but poor execution.
