Overall quality is good. However I would have liked her to have more red. She was pretty much an all red dog with a little white. And the picture has a lot more white than I would care for.

These are great gifts to give an animal lover. I have given them when a friends pet has passed away and they are always so touched by the gift. Great quality!

Received print rolled with creases. Colors needed to be adjusted to not make a black and grey dog look all black. A lot of money spent to have these issues.

UPDATE: 08.07.23: I received an email that my order was refunded. Then I received an email that they shipped me another order at no charge with a different order number assigned. I have no idea why they produced a second order and am too exhausted dealing with this company to even care. Again, a customer service phone number would have avoided this entire issue, or having one customer rep assigned to an order issue and following that issue through to the end so that the customer has only one contact to deal with would work as well. However if you only deal with customers via email, then you MUST have a rep reply back immediately, and not send an auto reply email and not hear back from any of your reps for two days. Hire another rep who just deals vets out the initial issues and then assigns the issues to another rep. Communication is key, you have to step up your game. Worst customer service ever, complete mess regarding order. No customer service phone number. Buyer beware. Order was supposed to be cancelled per their cancellation policy. Now I’m being told two orders were processed because the first was wrong and yet no information on second order. I will never use them again.

Siena from the customer service team was wonderful with assisting me to obtain the design I was hoping to obtain. Thankful to the design team for taking all the time necessary to alter the design to meet the exact photo I wanted. 100% recommended West & Willow!

My original order was placed in June, for father's day, it's now August and I'm still waiting for my Remakes of my 3 items, due to a very disappointing first result. I finally received my replacement blanket and mug, the 31st of July and the 1st week of Aug., but am still waiting for my Portrait. The communication with the company is lacking when it comes to the remakes, and they keep emailing that all my products have been delived. There is no mistaking, they have Not. If that were the case I would have had the final item 3weeks ago,(the portrait). I was glad they were willing to make all 3 items over, but the extended wait and lack of communication is a real issue. Not to mention, until you receive all your items they haven't done what they agreed to. Communication with clients is key, especially when you can take clients $$ in an instant and we are left waiting. You begin to lose trust in a company when there is a long time laps and poor to no communication.
