The image I sent of my puppy I believe can objectively be described as cute. However, the artist's translation appears more dour and morose. I think the quality of the products is fine, I'm just not happy with the artist's rendition.

My husband and I have 9 pets and we ordered pet portraits from West & Willow to create a gallery wall at home. All of the portraits were fantastic but the last one wasn’t quite right. I reached out and am so beyond pleased with the lovely customer service and updated portrait I received. I will continue to order from West & Willow for my own needs and for gifts for all of the pet lovers in my life.

I’m not sure who hired Siena but whomever did is an absolute genius. She kept in contact with me throughout the revision process. She was courteous, personable and polite. West and Willow should be proud to have employees this great, truly. I managed and worked in an online customer service department for years and I can tell you, employees like Siena are few and far between. Thank you for all your help and communication, Sienna and West and Willow. I can’t wait to order more in the future!

Wish there was somewhere i could have gave some personal info on buddy. He was paralyzed for the past 10 years. I wish i could of shown you a new pic showing all his white and gray hair around his face an DC his golden brown eyes. The pic i sent is 10 yrs old. He passed suddenly on may 17 so i couldn't take any new pics.
