I love the picture of my dog and I received very fast.

I loved the photo of my friend’s dog that passed but not happy with the frame. There are gaps on all 4 corners on the front of the frame as well as each corner on the sides. I’m going to have to buy another frame, which is disappointing considering the cost to get the print.

It is very cute and i’m overall happy with my purchase. I was a little disappointed in a lack of detail. My biggest disappointment was in the packaging. I’m sure ordering the portrait is most common in a frame, but I ordered just the poster. I was upset because it was not properly packaged and was bent and could have easily been damaged, and the box was slightly open. I suggest getting a sturdier mode of shipping for the poster orders. I am just lucky nothing else happened to it.

I had a mixup with my order where I thought I ordered something I didn't. I emailed West & Willow and received a really quick response and she took care of it right away. It was a very personable response where I felt I was in good hands. Super excited and waiting for my Sweet Samson's picture to arrive soon. Thanks so much!

We lost our puppy & a neighbor gave us this gift. We recently received it in the mail. ITS BEAUTIFUL- We miss him so much & this was perfect & professionally done.
