West & Willow went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction with my Custom Pet Portrait Phone Case. Their customer service was excellent and they were willing to accommodate even the smallest of edits. I feel fortunate to have purchased such a high-quality product from them.

I had to get in touch as the initial portrait I received had missed a key part of my dog's features, but they replaced it free of charge. The communication was fast and friendly, but it just seems like a crazy business model to replace and ship a second portrait when they could do a free proof round as part of the original service and save this hassle and cost?

Hi Kate, Thank you for your feedback! We are still working on making some internal changes based on your recommendations.

I purchased the largest size portrait as a gift for my sister who has a 10 yr old pit bull. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the phone I submitted. The color and markings were totally wrong. The quality of the paper that it’s printed on is also very cheap. I cannot believe I paid $80 for this. Definitely do not recommend. It’s unfortunate because the website really does a good job at getting your hopes up and I had such high expectations because my sister got me similar portraits of my dog and cat that look amazing and I thought it was the same company. Clearly not.

I'm in love with the portrait of my two kitty boys Mako and Xedo. It's so life-like. The quality is wonderful. I chose the bigger size. You cannot go wrong. Worth the money paid.
