This is my second order because I loved my first one so much! User friendly website and beautiful products!

I ordered a portrait for a friend who recently lost her dog. The website was super simple and it was shipped really quick! My friend loved it so much that she’s planning to order another one for her other dog.

We received our pet portrait and although we don't love it, we like seeing our kitties again. Our portrait was to remember our three kitties who have crossed over the rainbow bridge. I sent photos that included their chests and heads. But the picture we got back was just their heads at the bottom. It makes them appear like bobble-heads. We had hoped they would include a bit more of their chests. It would have been nice to get a proof from the company before they go to final print. We did pay a significant amount of money for the larger picture frame. They also don't use glass to cover the portrait. It's some kind of plastic film. Ours has a crease on one end that runs from top to bottom. It's not visible if you look at the picture straight on but you can definitely see it from an angle in the light-perhaps made by the machine they get the material from? We also included a tip in our final payment because I am an artist and believe in paying artists for their work. We don't feel like the end product reflected the expectations set by the company in their marketing or website.

I got the coffee mug and my dog, a 50lb spaniel, looks like a tiny toy any old dog. I thought the picture would be a lot larger filling out the mug instead of a 1.5” image of any black spaniel. Also there was a blue flower petal on his ear which did not show up. Very disappointing

I received a beautiful portrait of Maisie. The response to customer queries was excellent.

It was quick and easy! Turned out exactly as expected. It’s so cute!

The examples in the website made the portraits look more realistic than this. What I got looks like a paint by numbers that is too dark for the white background and not much like my boyfriend's dog in particular. Also, the tongue looks triple exposed, not sure what happened there. My photo was well exposed and very clear.I only gave two stars instead of no stars because the turn around was quick and the website is easy to use. I wanted to give him a portrait of HIS dog for his birthday not A dog.

What made my experience great is that West & Willow is allowing my dogs Lady Bow in the portrait. Thank you!
