So detailed and beautiful. Captured the memory of this pup so beautifully!

I was very disappointed with the picture I received. The frame was very cheap. I picked it up out of the box and it fell apart. We found it had already been damaged and the frame is mostly held together by staples. The picture of one of my dogs is mostly brown and my dog is white and completely misses large markings on her face.

Disappointed in the finished product. Obviously computer generated and not adjusted (centered) to the print after requesting no name with the 'portrait' of our dog.

I had a portrait with 2 dogs and when it arrived the scale was not accurate — the small dog looked equal or larger than the larger dog. I informed West and Willow of this and they promptly and politely updated the print, sending me a proof for sign off and a replacement at no cost. I love the product and the customer service is stellar. Thank you!

I ordered a photo of my late dog, Kaiden. It came and while it was beautiful, it wasn’t quite what I envisioned, and I reached out to the customer service team and told them what I thought. They happily made my vision come true, and sent me a whole nother photo. They are pricey, so I am very grateful that they were willing to make it right and make it perfect. It meant the world to me and I would recommend west and Willow to anyone.

I wasn't sure what to expect, the pictures looked great online but wasn't sure what I would get by sending in my pics of my 2 cats. I received the picture in the mail and it was really fun to see them. I did notice one thing that I thought it needed to be corrected. I reached out to them and the response back was quick and very helpful about acknowledging my concern. They reviewed the request with the art team and was able to make the correction. They let me view it and once I also approved they resent it out. I just got it this weekend and I absolutely love it. Thank you for everything you did.

Quick response on unsuitable photos. So have resent some using the guidelines specified. This all happened within a 24 hour response time.
