I selected the digital download option, expedited shipping, and the discount code LDW20 but none of these specifics are reflected on the invoice. I need to confirm a digital download or I no longer need the order. The shipping also has to be in less than 3 weeks for a wedding.

Hi Elizabeth, We are very sorry about what happened. Upon checking, we have partially refunded your order for the LD20 discount.

Order was canceled and a spammy email was sent requesting bitcoin payment. They couldn’t recover the order so had to restart from scratch.

What a beautiful portrait! Our family recently lost two little old boys in a 6m span and this was a perfect way to memorialize them. The added bonus of a digital copy made it possible for us to have the option share with others and have our portrait set as computer home screens as well. So glad that we found West & Willow
