The first picture that arrived did not look like the picture of my pet that I sent. They responded quickly to my email and worked with me to fix the issue, sending a new version which I had approved. Second picture was much better.

This company sends emails daily to get your order with coupon codes. They advertise a 10% off coupon and over $100 order with free shipping. Once you use a 10% coupon (Even if My order is over $100 after the coupon) they charge you a shipping fee that is larger than the 10% discount price. Very scummy advertisement. *UPDATED* Still no email from the vendor regarding any type of resolution on my order.

It’s great but purchasing a gift card could be better. Will I receive a card? How does this work? There is zero information in gift cards. Just the place to order and that’s it. I’ve ordered, now what?

Customer service is grt! Have not seen portrait yet b/c it was just sent. But I expect it to b grt! Esp b/c the photo I sent was not very good but only photo I had. Customer service contacted me and said they would do their very best…which I am confident they did!
