Loved the most recent pet portrait. This is the 4th one we've ordered, and they've all been amazing. This last one is no exception.

I picked a dark background but I asked before production if it would be too dark for my pups coloring. I didn’t receive a response and received the picture. And it’s too dark to see my pups cute ears. They fade completely away. Disappointing Someone should have reached out. They can see what I see.

Great outcome on my pet portrait- arrived on time and my now departed Willey looks great! I just ordered another portrait of my Zoe - who is still with us!

I got a larger portrait for my 2 golden doodles. I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews but I’m happy I ordered it. It looks amazing and it only took 9 days to come in.

I expected more depth in the picture for a loved one grieving their dog. It just seems very simple, caricature-like. Even the font is very plain.
