I was not expecting much because I have a mostly black tortie. But the art I got was gorgeous, showing off my cat's colour perfectly! I highly recommend this group.

I’ve wanted to purchase as a gift for my sister for a few years now, but wanted the gift to be for something special. My sister just got married and bought a house, so I thought it was perfect timing to order! I purchased one with our three cats, and the first one they sent me was messed up. The order of the cats did not match the names, and there were a few small details that were off. Two of the cats are brothers and look incredibly similar, which I bet was hard to tell from just one photo of each of them. If it wasn’t for the order of the cats being wrong/the names not matching, I honestly wouldn’t have bothered to fix these small details. But I figured since I needed a redo anyways, to tell them about the small details, too. The replacement process was super easy and west & willow kept me updated throughout the entire process. They even emailed me a “sneak peak” of the updated portrait to make sure everything was right this time. The artwork is so cute and I love the shiplap background with the dark frame. While the portrait had a few issues the first time, the customer service was so incredible that it still deserves 5 stars. My updated portrait came in today and I am so excited to gift it to my sister!!

My orders came quickly, they look very nice. One of the dogs looks very dark. On my other picture the dogs are all the same size and one of my dogs is definitely much larger than the other two. Wish I had realized this

Overpriced for what you get. We paid ~$50 for the “8x10 poster”. We received the edited image printed on standard printer paper, rolled up in a tube…. At that price point, I would’ve at least expected poster paper or premium card stock, shipped in flat packaging to avoid bending the paper. We THEN had to pay additional for the digital file… Betting this could be done on Etsy pr through an app for the same quality at a much better price point.
