Too late to change the photo
The artist’s rendition of the photo was beautiful and the quality of the materials used was excellent. My issue is that after sending my photo , I realized that the one I sent was not a face on view like all of the samples I had seen. I immediately contacted customer service and sent a different photo and one that was preferred by the recipient of the gift. I was informed that it was too late to make a change to the photo but my original photo was fine. This was so disappointing . The portrait I received was fine but I think this type of portrait is best with a photo taken with a face on view.
