Just bought my 4th piece from west and willow. Found this on social media, ordered it, and have kept buying more and more. Love the designs and work they do!

I ordered a mug and I sent a picture with two dogs on it and I titled it the girls I get the mug and there’s one dog on it with the Taitel the girls so this mug is pretty much useless to me and they can’t do anything for that one they don’t do refunds so I’m just very unhappy. I feel I should’ve been notified, but it is what it is.

Picture replication was pretty good. Not perfect, but still good.

I got my package and I thought with all the packaging it came with it would be protected. It has a scratch on the bottom of the frame.

I didn't receive my item yet, but the customer service and the constant communication is excellent. Turnaround is quick as well as I was expecting it to be sent after Christmas.
