Ordered a 3 pet portrait. Arrived on time. I actually cried but not from happiness. Was hoping for a nice memorial piece to put on my living room wall since I just recently lost my doggies. On this portrait 2 of my 3 pets are unrecognizable. One of them is not even the breed it supposed to be, my dog is a Bichon with obvious curly hair and on the portrait is a Maltese head with straight hair. My little Shihtzu girl looks bigger than my Bichon which is not true and her hair and eye colors are not even close to what I sent on the original photo. I’m extremely disappointed. I guess I threw out $200 in the window because I never will look at this piece.

I was disappointed when I received the final product. I thought I was receiving a picture using my original image sent but it is actually an animated image with totally different colouring. Very expensive for what the final results were,
