The site didn’t allow me to purchase the digital print for both orders. There is also no mention of a proof or even providing a mock up of what you ordered before purchase……or even after. I’m concerned that if it isn’t as expected that I will be stuck with it.

There wasn’t an option to add any notes to my purchase so I had to copy the confirmation number and send an email to the support team.

I was very disappointed that there was no section to include a note as this piece is a gift for someone else. Framebridge has that capability. Also, I have no idea what this is going to look like once it’s finished and sent out. I likely won’t be ordering from West & Willow again given the circumstances.
