Ordering was easy and we received ours so quickly! I think the hardest part of the process was picking out our favorite pic. It looks just like our girl! We absolutely love our portrait and cherish it already!

Both pictures came out great. One had a mark and west and willow sent a new one at no cost.

You nailed the image of my fur babies

I ordered a mug for my husband for Christmas and I cannot say enough great things about this company! First off, their customer service is very quick to respond and at incredibly helpful. Second, the mug shipped within a couple of days and I received it earlier than expected. Third, the cup turned out BEAUTIFUL! It exceeded my expectations and looks exactly like the picture I sent them. I know my husband will be overjoyed when he opens his gift and know this will be his go to mug.

Very disappointed, picture arrived today, I gave it to my daughter without realizing that the frame had been damaged in shipping. Should have been better protected for shipping. Picture is of her recently deceased dog so of course she wants to keep it but I am dissatisfied and disappointed. Frame is separated on 2 corners and is also warped out of shape.

Very user-friendly and very creative.

My first portrait wasn't what I expected....didn,t look like our grand dogs, the coloring was not the same as the dogs I felt. This company worked with me everyday to present a preview that I felt was perfect and the final result is perfect! They were very understanding and I never felt as I was a problem to them. I recommend West & Willow 100 %. Thank you all very much.
