I havent got my order yet so how can I reveiw???

Never got confirmation email. Makes me question the money I just spent on a Christmas gift

This is the first time I’ve ordered something and I have no idea what it’s going to look like or when it will arrive. I would think they would send an expected delivery date at least. I bought this as a Christmas gift so I hope it arrives on time.

So easy to order and the finished product is beautiful. Exactly what I was hoping for!

Excellent customer service. Quick and accomodating.

For some time I had wanted a portrait of my 2 dogs but was never sure where to turn to get the job done. Discovered West and Willow on social media, and after checking out their website, I decided to take a chance and ordered a custom two pet portrait. My purchase arrived much earlier than expected and the quality is exceptional!! It came ready to hang and is very professional looking. Easy to customize - the digital artwork, background, and frame give off a modern vibe which is what I was looking for. Very pleased with the finished product, so I ordered another as a gift for a friend. So beautiful and worth every penny! Highly recommend!!

The website was easy to navigate. This made it easy for first time users.
