The prints look exactly like the picture photograph submitted and actually captures the animal!

Easy to navigate the website; prompt email reply from customer service. Only complaint is having to download an app to track delivery. I’m unable to do that and now don’t know when my gifts will arrive.

I was very happy with the work and the way they brought our pets pictures to life. Edith with the support team was great when I needed a fix and everything turned out beautifully.

The color of one of my dogs didn't end up being correct, so I'm torn whether to give these to my partner for Christmas or not. We are greiving the loss of the dog, so I may be too critical, but a chocolate lab is a chocolate. I think sending a mock proof before printing and sending, or a simple questionnaire before purchase: what color is your dog? would be helpful. The products were easy to purchase, and were shipped fairly quickly.

I sent an email within a couple of minutes upon placing my order advising that the mailing address on my initial order was being sent to my billing address. This wasn’t the address I wanted this purchase to go to. No one wrote back to me so I could correct it. Also I had reached your site from the today show and the discount promised was not reflected on my final charge. I did not have a way to review my order before the purchase went through. At this point I don’t even have a receipt for my purchase. The whole process was very disappointing.

There was an issue with my order and they immediately emailed me. I told them what I wanted and I reordered my portrait on the same day as the email. My reorder was more than the original, I paid for the new one, and my refund on the original order was issued within two days. The portrait I received was so awesome. Thank you West & Willow for the perfect gift!

Great customer service and beautiful product

The shipping address was not able to be changed even well before shipping would occur. This travesty is going to lead to the item not being able to be given at Christmas
