Disappointed in picture quality. The frame is falling apart! The bottom left corner joint does not fit properly.

The sample pic online is much more impressive than what I received. My personal opinion is that you can get a better pic using an app. I would not purchase one again, especially for a gift.

I received my digital download and I was not 100% satisfied with the layout. The quality of the art was great but I needed the order of my dogs to be switched around. West & Willow responded to my concern quickly and fixed the artwork within days. There was no hassle or fighting to get a replacement... their customer service is amazing and 100% customer satisfaction is truly their goal. I will continue to use and highly recommend this company due to their great customer service!

Our portrait had to be redone. Andrian was our customer service rep and was fantastic. He was professional and just as important kind and understanding. He responded promptly and immediately to every correspondence that we had. You don’t see this anymore and I am grateful that it exists in this company. From the very beginning it was evident to me that I was a valued customer. You have my business going forward and I will happily recommend your company to family and friends. Thank you, and thank you Andrian.
