Great customer service

The picture is exactly what we had hoped. Very easy to book and pay. Upload your photo is simple and the finished product is even better than advertised. We had a hiccup with a lost delivery, however it was immediately rectified as W&W reshipped immediately. We are very happy and will be back in the future.

i am still waiting to hear back as to if the order has been processed or shipped. I do appreciate it is the holidays however a notice will be nice to be provided.

This was my first time ordering with your company. Your company presented many samples to view of lots of dogs and cat pictures. Your company also offered a nice selection of picture frames and backgrounds to choose from. My order will be for my niece, who is in the Air Force stationed in Honolulu, HI. I hope to receive my order soon, so I can forward on to her. She will be so excited to see and it will be definitely a keepsake down the road when her dog passes. Thank you! Susan Woker P.S.
