West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I am unsure of the portrait. My dog is mainly white with black markings. The face of the portrait is nice except her eyes are dark and the portrait has light brown. The front torso looks grey. I would not order again. It’s is nicely done but not the best representation my dog.

The product was wonderful and the customer service was on-point.

The picture on the mug is way too small. I thought it would be a lot bigger.

I love this concept, and the shipping and delivery were quick and excellent. However, the portrait of my cat is more inaccurate than I expected. I submitted a picture of an orange cat and received a very grumpy brown cat. Unfortunately this is a Christmas gift, so I don't have time to order another.

ease of use, variety and options.

You guys were fantastic to work with. You addressed my concerns quickly and made it right with no push back. You don’t know how much that means. Have a wonderful holiday season to all.

I placed an order but needed to cancel as i changed my mind for a Christmas gift. As long as you do so within a half hour, they honor their promise & allow you to do so. Thanks.

It turned out great!
