I am a little dissapointed the frame seems broken, in two of the corners they are not sealed it’s like the frame is not sealed or got damaged.

Experience with West and Willow was amazing, fast email responses and even faster shipping. One thing I’ll do in the future is recommend certain details in the animal pictures that you send. My dog was smiling in the picture I sent but the photo on the mug I got didn’t quite capture that smile. I am very happy with how it turned out besides that. Will definitely buy from again.

Original order not done well. Help was quick but haven't received the improved product yet. Ask me then! Most likely won't arrive before Christmas!

Awful. Dog pics are wrong and names are over the wrong dogs. Waste of money
