i’ve ordered from here before and the art work comes out amazing the first time i ordered from here i got my sister a portrait of her bird. this time around i got my sisters cat and dog for christmas, the art work this time around had a little tint of blue on the dogs face . i contacted their support team and within a few days i had an email with my fix portrait and is now on its way to me. thank you so much west and willow i will always use you for my own personalized and for my future gifts.

Easy order process, and fast delivery. The picture is AWESOME! So well done!

Most important! I love the portrait and my partner was in tears when I gave it to him! When I noticed that the frame was cracked, I was a bit disappointed but I contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement immediately. I will definitely buy from West & Willow again.

Very pleased with the product. It’s for my daughter for Christmas and I think she will love it. Very responsive and helpful. Would definitely order from them again.

My order never arrived (over 4 weeks). There is no phone number to call so I emailed their support inquiring about my delivery and they sent me my tracking number. I have that. I responded back asking where it is? Ordered mid November, the tracker says in transit but expected delivery is 11/28 (it’s 12/19). Next email we ordered you a new one. Thanks for your patience. What??!! No apology? No explanation? I have emailed twice asking for someone to call me. Crickets. Clearly not getting this by Christmas if at all.

Customer Service is exceptional. The color of my dog wasn't exactly what I expected and they kindly edited the picture, sent me a proof and sending the revised picture an no additional costs. Can't wait to give as a Christmas gift.

The customer service at West and Willow is fantastic! The team is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a slight issue downloading my digital image and almost instantly I received an email with my download attached. On top of amazing customer service, I couldn’t love my items more. I purchased a coffee cup (which I LOVE) and an image of three of my animals. It is perfect! I cannot wait to surprise my fiancé with it on our wedding day. He will love it just as much as I do. Cannot recommend this company enough! Pro tip: If you’re like me and have some not cat or dog pets, they can still make an amazing masterpiece of other non-traditional animals, such as a snake.

Picture arrived creased and wrinkled due to being rolled up for delivery.
