They were very clear as to what type of picture to use. The best one I had that was at her eye level was actually a little fuzzy and some of her crazy hair got in front of one eye. It wasn't really my favorite picture but because of how they "create" the art, it is an ADORABLE artistic creation of her. I love it. My mom WILL CRY with joy. I had it in about a week and it was a very sturdy frame, (I chose black frame, white background) and Daisy's little face is perfectly just above the frame like a peek a boo. I know every time we look at it we will laugh and smile. Thank you! This is a great gift and you provide a great service!
