Beautiful photo and mug! I wish I got a larger picture!

I’m really disappointed with how the picture came out. My one dog photo came out so dark compared to my other dog in the photo. I ordered this on thanksgiving and waited many weeks to receive it. This company had weeks to notify me if I liked the photo or provide them with one that worked but I heard nothing from them. Now I have no time to exchange it or find another one and this was the only thing my girlfriend wanted for Christmas. I can’t explain how disappointed I am with this and hope the photo can be redone.

I got a portrait for a friend who had lost two pets. It turned out amazing and arrived quickly. I will definitely use them again for any pet portraits!

came out awesome, and i plan to order one for myself and one as another gift!! only negative is that i paid for a special frame and it came with a standard black one.
