The customer service team is great. There was a problem with the photo I sent but was immediately fixed for me and I still received the gift in plenty of time.

I ordered a custom portrait of our beloved dog that passed away this summer for my husband as a Christmas gift. I ordered it a few weeks ago to ensure it would arrive in time (this is based on the estimated delivery provided on the website); however, we are now December 23rd and the present will not arrive in time as I was informed my package was more than likely lost. I know these things happen but there was no communication provide and whenever I looked at the tracking, it was always posted as Los Angeles and as though it never left the facility…I would have reached out sooner; however, I knew it would take a few weeks to get here. I received the gift with purchase but not the main gift . While the clerk who responded to my email was lovely and kind to resend my package, I am just disappointed that it will not be here on time and now there will be another 3 weeks delay…I realize these things happen and I am not mad, just disappointed…

Super easy to upload a photo and have it made into a beautiful and modern piece of art. Definitely something we will hang in our home.

I am by far impressed by this company and how sincere and personable they are. I had placed an order and overlooked the shipping times. I wanted in time for Christmas so I reached out to see if I could get a refund. They sent the refund immediately and than even after all of that, they went ahead and made our portrait anyway and shipped and I received 3 days before Christmas! I will send many people their way and if I ever need anything like this done again, I will 1000% give them my business!

They sent the wrong picture entirely with a different dog and different name. Very disappointed as this arrived just in time for Christmas and now I do not have the gift that I was expecting.
