quick emails back

I honestly cannot recommend West & Willow enough! Not only is their product incredible but so is their team. I accidentally ordered the wrong size during a Black Friday sale and when I reached out to Customer Service they were quick to respond, kind, and easily resolved the issue for me. Thank you W&W!

The artwork was fantastic and absolutely captured the essence of my dogs. It said it may take 3-4 weeks but came much sooner. I hadn’t received my digital download yet so I reached out to them and they responded instantly and fixed the issue. Would absolutely recommend to anyone thinking about ordering a pet portrait!

It hasn't arrived yet... Can't review it until I receive it.

I’m so pleased with the outcome and their amazing customer support. They answered any questions within 24 hours. When I first received the framed art, the fur color wasn’t quite right so I emailed support. They corrected it, emailed me a proof and sent me a new picture, frame and all and it was a quick turnaround. I had the same wonderful support contact throughout the entire process. Wish I could give this company and its team 10 stars!!

Best experience ever! So my package got lost and without hesitation, West & Willow refilled the order and shipping a new product within 24 hours. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend. I can’t wait to see my special product.

Not only is the picture SO cute and spot on, but it came so quickly!! I didn’t think it’d be here for Christmas - but it got here and it was such a nice surprise.
