Amazing! Love it!

I’ve had a great experience with West & Willow. I was nervous about the artwork since you don’t get a proof before hand, but it turned out absolutely beautiful. We did have some issues with the picture and frame, but the company was quick to take care of it and have processed a replacement. I would highly recommend trying them out and will be placing another order from them for my parents soon.

I'm super displeased with the way it turned out, it was for my boyfriend for Christmas. The coloring is off he's super grey and white and they made him tan/brown. and he's chunky like a frenchie, but he has a condition where he's actually really skinny so this didn't look like him, his bottom teeth are also missing which they aren't in real life. maybe it was covered by his tongue? idk but its unfortunate this happened. If you guys can just refund me it'd be easier than getting a new one done. Thank you

I ordered for a friend for Christmas and had to open it before wrapping to see and I absolutely LOVED it! These make such great gifts and I know she will love it too!!

Beautiful gift

Sent an email that my dogs name was spelled incorrectly and that the the hanging bracket was installed upside down. Have not heard back from them yet!1
