The final product was amazing. Ordering the digital download was confusing. It wasn’t clear how it would be received (a link?). I had 2 different images and it wasn’t clear which one I ordered. Thankfully I got the preferred image (via email).

I cannot say enough about their customer service. They helped me in getting the perfect portrait of my JAX. I was so happy with the final results. They were so accommodating and patient regarding making my experience and product perfect. The picture looked great. I'm so happy with how it turned out. There was a mishap with shipping. They sent it out and when it was supposed to have arrived, it did not and I did not recieve a notification that it could not be delivered, I had to find that pit by looking into my order online myself. There was no explanation as to why it could not be delivered. When I reach out to their customer service, they were great and verified my address which was correct and sent it out again. This is a Christmas gift to my husband of his dog that died this year so I was anxious to get it on time. The reassured me and made it happen.
