Great job with picture. Looks so good. A unique gift I was able to give my adult daughter that loves her dog. My favorite gift to give this year.

I am very happy with the customer service I was given. Edward was excellent and addressed and resolved my concern in a professional, timely manner. The recipient was also very happy with how the art turned out. I am however disappointed in the product quality which is the reason for the score, specifically the frame. For $100, a cardboard frame and some staples doesn't seem reasonable, and it also arrived broken. I recommend lowering the price or improving the frame quality. Otherwise, it's not worth it to purchase the frame.

Shipping was so fast, got it before the holidays and the art looks exactly like the photos we sent. This is my fourth time ordering and I will say, the more head on photo you can provide, the better it will come out.

The picture is fine not great. With all the guidelines for the picture to submit it would be helpful to have the ability to put some comments. The most amazing thing about my pet was his blue eyes and they did not capture them. :( This was an expensive remembrance of him as he passed before Christmas.

The Customer Service was very courteous and prompt! However, I would like to see a preview of the print before shipping for approval. This feature definitely needs to be added to your service! Once our desired print was edited and corrected, it was beautiful!

really loved the detail on my portrait!

The picture doesn’t look like the picture I submitted of my dog. The nose is wrong and the eye color is wrong. Disappointed.
