I absolutely love Oliver’s portrait
I absolutely love Oliver’s portrait. It looks so real. I cried when I opened the box. I was leery of ordering. It’s a wonderful piece and glad I got it.

Color wrong
Although the face of the dog is perfect, the coloring is completely off. The dog has no white in their fur, and the picture shows so much white on the head and chest. Partly my fault as I sent a picture with sun in the background. This tells me they use an alternate way to generate the image than what I thought because it definitely picked up the sun reflection. Should be a way to upload multiple pics of animal so this does not happen. This is a gift, so I am not sure what I am going to do.

Hello Shannon, We’re very sorry your package arrived so late and missed Christmas, especially since it was meant as a gift for your new boss. We understand how disappointing that is, and we apologize for the delay during the busy holiday season.

I wasn't super happy with the way one of the dogs turned out. It didn't look like him and was really dark.
